Payment Terms

Private Pay. Paid plans are billed to your card through Stripe. Monthly plans are charged on your enrollment date each month. Annual plans are charged once a year. By subscribing you authorize Luminari to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Billing and Cancellation

You may cancel future billing at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, stops all future charges, and drops your account to the free plan while keeping all of your data.

We do not issue refunds for any period that has already been billed. This includes your current billing period at the time of cancellation and all prior periods of enrollment.
